How to get started

A demo on your processes. Together we look at your processes today (applications, enrolment, lecturers, panels, agents) and your HubSpot (pipeline, properties, workflows), and we show you the Hub applied to your school.
Go-live. Exaduo creates your school and declares your portals’ addresses. You connect your HubSpot and set up your branding, forms, programmes and payment accounts, with us if you wish. A “Getting started” list shows what is left to set. Allow one to two weeks.
You open your portals. Your applicants, lecturers, panel members and agents complete everything online; your teams follow everything in HubSpot. A new programme later? Create it in HubSpot, add its form: it is live straight away.
